Comments

Hand wash sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Coolers <4C. Freezers <-18C. Dishwasher >71C final rinse cycle. Counters and prep areas appear to be in clean condition and in good repair. Sanitizer bucket is kept in one large red bucket on the floor at the far left end of food service. Would recommend this be kept closer to food service and food prep counter areas for easier access and regular use. Washrooms appear clean. Dry storage area is organized, shelving in good repair. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Facility has 3 comp sink in addition to dishwasher. Both are clean and in good repair.
