Follow up inspection: -Hot-held pizza was at or above 60 degrees C. -Hot-holding unit had a built in thermometer that was display a temperature at or above 140 degrees F (at 147 degrees F and went up to 151 degrees F). -Staff member on shift had a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (expiration date: July 9, 2023). -100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside two labelled spray bottles. -A washable stainless steel container was being used to store pizza trays. -Staff member was observed washing their hands prior to preparing pizza, after handling cash/debit transactions, and prior to serving hot-held pizza slices.
