Observation: All open bags of dry ingredients in back storage area must be protected from contamination. All ingredients must be transferred to closed containers with sealable lids.

Comments

Routine inspection.
-Handwashing station in kitchen cooking area is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Bleach water sanitizer >100ppm concentration in labelled buckets.
-Dishwasher reached 50ppm sanitizer concentration.
-All coolers <4C
-Freezers at -18C or below except walk-in freezer @ -17C. There are currently no foods in this freezer during time of inspection. Freezer must reach -18C before use.
-Hot holding unit is not in operation during this inspection.
-Foods are located off the floor.
-Pest control invoice report is available onsite APC pest control contracted for monthly inspections. Last inspection was conducted on Dec 31, 2018.
-Sanitation plan and dishwashing log is available onsite. All logs are being recorded daily.
*As discussed during inspections, details need to be added to each log.

Food safe certification requires renewal. Note: current certificate is to expire on Jan 15/19.

Second handsink in back kitchen are requires liquid soap and paper towel dispensers.

All wooden shelving in storage area requires refinishing.
