Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer pail had no detectable chlorine sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach sanitizer is required at 100ppm to 200ppm to properly sanitize food contact surfaces. Ensure staff test the sanitizer solutions to verify the proper concentration. Bleach tablets were added to the sanitizer pails and were tested at 200ppm at the time of inspection.

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -16C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Yogurt cooler was at 4C.
-McCafe area cooler was at 4C.
-Milkshake cooler was at 2C
-Soft serve hopper was at 1C.
-Milk dispensers were at 4C.
-French fry and McNugget freezers were at -11C/-16C.
-Hamburger freezer was at -12C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Condiments stored at ambient temperature are time tracked and discarded as per the food safety plan.
-Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units. Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was dispensing at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop was stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and hot air hand dryer.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until April 5, 2026.
