-Follow-up inspection to November 23, 2018. -Prep cooler has been serviced and refrigeration gas was added to the compressor. Cooler was at 4C (top and bottom). Prep cooler had temperature control issues in the past. Continue to monitor cooler unit and ensure it is able to maintain 4C or less throughout the day and not just during the morning. If cooler unit is unable to maintain proper temperatures throughout the day, contact service technician. -Additional thermometer has been placed into the cooling unit to verify cold holding temperatures. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
