Routine inspection

- Hand washing station fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- Staff hygiene observed to be satisfactory.
- Walk in cooler temperature measured at or below 4C. Food is properly labeled, covered and stored. Temperature monitoring log available; keep the log up to date.
- Walk in freezer temperature measured at or below -18C.
- Food in hot holding unit measured at 60C or hotter.
- Floor is clean and maintained.
- Three-compartment sink maintained. Sanitizer residual in the sink detected 400ppm QUAT.
- Food stored above the floor on shelve which observed to be organized and clean.
- Mop sink is clean and well maintained.
- No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date. Pest control company is in charge of pest control. live traps observed.

QUAT sanitizer provided measured 200-400 ppm. Sanitizer in spray bottles available. Bottles are properly labeled.

Reminder: - Store wiping cloths in sanitizer only. Cloths used for cleaning food contact surfaces are to be kept in QUAT sanitizer between uses.
- Ceiling tiles in dry storage observed out of place. Please ensure tiles are properly placed to prevent dust falling from the ceiling.
- Remove unneeded items from the facility.
