Observation: Operator has covered some gaps/holes but there are still some gaps observed (one in kitchen by exterior entrance, one in staff washroom, etc). that need to be sealed. Operator will be working with pest control company to seal all gaps with sheet metal (recommended by pest control company).
Corrective Action(s): Correction order will not be rescinded until all gaps are fully sealed and pest control reports indicate that the level of pests present is not exceedin the threshold limit.

Follow up inspection conducted:
-All rodent droppings have been removed from previously noted areas
-Physical traps now set up throughout premises, including storage areas and staff washrooms
-Some gaps have been sealed, but others still need to be addressed (see above violation)
-Pest control reports must still be sent weekly until further notice
-Prep cooler has been repaired and was at 3.9 deg C
-Cleaning has been done throughout kitchen area, no more pooled water/food debris observed
-Operator has removed old cooler that was not in use, and installed a new storage rack to keep all food items off the floor
