Ceiling Lights in the back storage area - covered

Discussed the following with supervisor:
- daily temp logs and cleaning schedules - to be up to date and keep them available ( it's represent daily facility operation )
- daily training and reminder of staff to change their gloves
- hand wash procedure to be part of daily food safe culture
- change the approved sanitizer as per approved sanitation plan
High temp dishwasher - reached 182C at the final rinse
