Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. The following items have been corrected from the last inspection: 1. Cleaning schedule has been made and to be implemented. copy of new cleaning schedule was provided to Environmental Health Officer during time of inspection. 2. All coolers are equipped with thermometers. 3. Lighting has improved. New light bulbs have been installed to increase intensity of light in processing area. This will help facilitate easier cleaning and protect food items/equipment from contamination. 4. Sanitizer buckets have been labelled.
