-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
-Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition

-Rapid cooling of hot soups in cold running water bath and additional cooling under new fan in hall way.
-Reviewed cooling practices - acceptable
***All food products made on-site for retail (Sylvia hot sauce and Soup products) have proper labels

Note:
-Back hallway has table and bench blocking secondary exit door - ensure side hallway from dining room remains organized to allow secondary exit in case of emergency.
-Animals noted outside with their owner - operator has instructed pet owners to keep animals outside premises - water dish provided. No concerns noted.
