Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on April 18 ,2024, regarding care and supervision (behavioural guidance) and physical facility (play area).

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, CCTV footage and documentation.

Licensing confirmed that the facility did not maintain continuous supervision during outdoor play.

Therefore, the following contravention to the Child Care Licensing Regulations was cited: Section 39(1), Continuous supervision required.
