Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with paper towels, liquid soap and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
NOTE: Ensure to have the stand-up freezer defrosted as agreed at this time.
- 200ppm Quats available in a labelled spray bottle.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 76.7'C at plate level after final rinse.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.
- Ice scoop stored in proper manner.
NOTE: Ensure to have the inside of the machine manually cleaned/sanitized on a regular basis.
- Food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Ice wand available for proper cooling of food. OK.

NOTE: Ensure to have the flooring of the back storage area and wooden shelving unit under ice machine resurfaced/painted as discussed at this time.
NOTE: Ensure to have wall joints/edges by the dishwashing area redone/sealed properly.

General sanitation level satisfactory, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis.
