Observation: Flies still observed in kitchen area. Sticky traps have not been replaced. Pest management company is scheduled to conduct an inspection next week (as mentioned by operator).
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sticky traps in the kitchen are replaced to prevent contamination to food. Pest management reports are to be emailed to the health inspector once the inspection is completed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two mop buckets observed with still water in the kitchen near the dishwashing area and near the ice machine. Observed attracting flies. Operator dicsarded the mop water during time of inspection and stored the mop buckets in the designated mop sink area/janitorial room located outside the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure mop buckets are emptied after each use and stored in the designated janitorial room (as per approved sanitation plan) to prevent the attraction of flies. Dirty mop water is a breeding ground for flies which can potentially contaminate food.

Observations:
- Handwashing station supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- Fly traps have not been replaced (see violation). Operator will send pest reports once inspection is completed by pest management company.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles (x2) measured at 100ppm chlorine concentration with test trip
