Discussed the temporary event application form requirements for Diwali festival since we still did not receive your application, due two weeks before the event. The following information provided: - all food must be protected from cross contamination during storage, serving and display. - portable hand washing station must be supplied with hot and cold running water - customer's self serve area must have sneeze guards above the food that will be displayed on teh tables -approved sanitizer to be available at the serving station/outdoor and indoor Please apply for your temporary permit to operate.
