The food premise bit messy too. Deep cleaning is required.

General sanitation - acceptable (please see violation sections).
- All coolers temperature at 4.0C or below.
- Freezers - satisfactory.
- Thermometers for all cold units available.
- All handwashing sinks supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap & paper towel.
- Dry storage - satisfactory.
- Ice machine - clean; an ice-scoop stored safely at the time of inspection.
Note: Front ice bins are empty.
- 3-compartment sink - satisfactory.
- Surface sanitizer/ Quat at 200ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher at 78.9C.

Note: A workstation with built in sink is remain near the dirty site of dishwasher (was not in use at the time of inspection).
The operator claimed that this station is not in use. It is a storage for now.

- No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Note: The premise is bit messy and required a more effort to keep it organized.
