Walk in cooler under repair - technician's ladder remains in the cooler Condenser has been turned off, likely for a manual defrost Technician to return complete repair/ service so that food product can remain at 4C or below No report left by technician ***Ensure the technician leaves a servicing report/ receipt of work done Note: at time of inspection a bucket was found in the corner of the cooler at 15C. Green sauce was destroyed by EHO at time of inspection as product has been temperature abused in malfunctioning cooler for weeks.
