Observation: Dry food debris on a food processor, which stored near the back window on a prep.table.
Corrective Action(s): All equipment must be cleaned and sanitized after use; and stored in a sanitary manner.

Observation: Front area of the premise altered. Furthermore, two plywood boards covered front windows.The Health Department didn't received an updated floor plans or specifications.
Corrective Action(s): Please, submit to our Department a revised floor plan.

Observation: The kitchen handwashing sink is leaking. White plastic bucket filled with wastewater under this sink
Corrective Action(s): Repair the kitchen handwashing sink.

Observation: A mop sink & some old equipment are located under a metal carport tent at the back area of the premise.
Corrective Action(s): Please confirm that the City Bylaw approved the metal carport tent with the mop sink and storage.

General sanitation - satisfactory.
Handwashing station stocked with hot/cold running, and liquid soap.
Note: Paper towels were available but far away from the hand washing sink. Ensure that paper towels in a wall-mounted dispensers near the handwashing sink.
Freezers - satisfactory.
Bleach - available on site at the time of inspection.
Food stored at 6" off the floor.
Staff washroom clean; supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel.
Operating permit and FoodSafe Certificate posted.
