Corrective Action(s): As soon as droppings are noticed, clean them up using 9 parts water to one part bleach. Wipe up while wet
Reset traps that have snapped.
Front equipment must be pulled out and cleaned nightly. Traps will not work when food is available for the rodents.
Move all dry goods in bags or cardboard boxes into pest proof containers.
Fix any broken lids on existing pest proof containers

Vacuum has been purchased for fine tooth cleaning of crumbs in kitchen. OK
**Discussed with some staff not site - do not vacuum up rodent droppings. Clean up while set with a sanitizer solution. See above violation notes
Cleaning has improved since last inspection, however the space must be immaculate in order to deter pests from coming in.
Ensure all sweet products like icing are removed overnight or put in a pest proof container.
