Corrective Action(s): Ensure all materials in facility are smooth, durable, easy to clean and non-absorbent. Raw wood is porous and needs to be sealed. Paint or stain wood or replace wood completely with a material that meets the requirements.

-Handsinks fully supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
*Back sink draining slowly - unplug sink before complete blockage prevents draining.
-Undercounter cooler: 3 C
-Standing cooler: 3 C
-Beverage cooler: 4 C
-Steam table: >60 C
*Ensure steam table temp is not adjusted regularly - maintain same temp where possible
-Thermometer available for testing temperatures
-Food protected from contamination - covered and off the floor
-Sanitizer labelled spray bottle noted 200 ppm QUATS
-3 comp sink with 3 plugs and drying rack
-Installed splash guard plastic wall sheet besides mixer unit & grease trap pipes
*Remove protective thin plastic cover over the hard plastic - peeling
-No signs of pest activity noted - door sweep installed at side door. Operator will get another door sweep for mid door to front of house.
