Observation: Green cutting board used to cut veggies is discoloured and has a dirt/grease build up on the board.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand wash station lacked liquid soap. Owner stated that the dispenser fell off the wall.
Corrective Action(s): Replace hand soap, dispenser does not have to be the mountable type, it just needs to be accessible. Due; Immediately.

Observation: Effluent pipe at back hand hand wash station is broken and when tap is turned on, effluent leaks onto the floor. *This is a repeat infraction*
