Observation: One staff washroom liquid hand soap dispenser was broken. Dispenser is on order.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Until soap dispenser arrives, staff are sharing the alternate washroom.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -14C.
-Upright cooler in sandwich prep area was at 5C (open and closed during lunch rush).
-Front cooler was at 4C.
-McCafe are coolers were at 4C.
-Ice cream hopper was at 4C.
-Burger freezer was at -18C.
-French fry freezer was at -8C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily. Temperatures are recorded digitally.
-Foods held at ambient temperature time tracked and discarded as per the food safety plan.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Sink plugs available and Quats dispensing at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer was at 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Reports indicated minor fly activity in the kitchen. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until November 25, 2025.
*Facility has removed the dishwasher. Facility is single service only. In the future, prior to altering the facility, contact the Health Department for approvals.
