- The handwashing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Cooler (undercounter), display and upright storage cooler are measured at temperatures less than 4C. NOTE: one of the undercounter milk cooler is not working and not in use.
- Storage freezer is measured at less than -18C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 74C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Food Storage practices are satisfactory
- All baked items are from approved source, receipts are available
- Foodsafe certification is verified at the time of inpection
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
- General sanitation is satisfactory
