Observation: Droppings observed by the back window sill. Most recent pest report states mice were found on the premises.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Clean droppings up as soon as they are found using a 1:10 bleach solution.
2) Store all foods in pest proof containers - ensure that rice bags are checked to ensure that there is no pest contamination
3) Follow all pest company recommendations.

Comments

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer in bleach bucket measured 100ppm chlorine
- dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle
- vent hood needs servicing according to sticker

- mainly take-out, not much dine-in according to owner
- plexiglass hung by cashier
- hand sanitizer available for staff and customers
- tables not for use marked with flower vases
