Observation: Water leaking from the drainage pipe of the back handwashing station, which is draining into a mop bucket. Have the leaking pipe repaired.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted
Internal temperature of patties and onion held within hot holding units were at least 60C.
Cooler units at 4C.
Standup freezer at -18C.
No pest noted.
Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm
Food items properly covered and stored at least 6 inches off the ground

The faucet for the front hand washing station is installed too close to the edge of the hand washing basin and is causing water to pool on the counter. Faucet should be repaired to prevent pooling of water on the counter.
