General sanitation - satisfactory. Hand washing sink supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels. All coolers (walk in, prep line, upright beverage) < 4 C. All food in coolers covered & labeled. Chest freezer at - 26 C. Cold units are equipped with working thermometers. Hot holding units > 60 C. Surface sanitizer at 200 ppm of Quat. Dry storage area - organized. Fan hood & oven - clean. No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Staff washroom- clean; hot and cold running water -available; the hand sink stoked with liquid soap and paper towel. Note: The utility/the mop sink room and corner behind the hand washing station/area near the chest freezer: Missing tiles on the floor. A hole on the wall in the utility room. Recommendations: Notify the supervisor/owner about the above issues. Do not leave dirty (with food debris) cleaning items at the tree-compartment sink. Please properly clean and sanitize utensils.
