Corrections Noted: √ All required repairs identified in Orkin's report from joint inspection on Jan 23, 2020 have been done including (but not limited to): - Metal flashing installed around the ground/floor-wall join all full length of garden area perimeter as well as exterior area behind pharmacy - Gap under receiving bay door has been sealed - Gap along of single entrance door has been filled - Gaps in concrete at the base of garden doors and mcdonald's exterior door have been filled. Correction order rescinded ** Please send three pest inspection reports starting after Feb 1, 2020 to undersigned inspector for review once they have been received. Do not replace two bottom shelves in pet food area at this time until after review of these pest inspection reports have been completed by undersigned inspector.
