Observation: The hot water tap at the handsink is not closing fully so there's water dripping from the tap. Staff are turning the hot water valve off at the base to stop the drip.
Corrective Action(s): This is a recurring issue from the previous inspection. Get the drip fixed or a Correction Order will be issued.

Sushi cooler's at 1 degC.
Prep cooler's at 4 degC.
Display cooler's at 3 degC.
Miso soup's at 90 degC; rice at 70 degC
Three-compartment method of dishwashing being utilized.
100ppm bleach is available for sanitizing.
Hand sink and 3-compartment sink is fully equipped.
