Corrective Action(s): All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (100 ppm chlorine, 1 tea spoon of bleach per 1 litre of water).

Corrective Action(s): All surfaces of metal wire shelving require cleaning to remove all build-up.

Sanitize all shelving surfaces with 100 ppm chlorine after cleaning.

Observation: 3 compartment sink - hot water faucet does not work, hot water cannot be turned off.

1 compartment sink - both hot and cold water turned off, faucet head leaks.
Corrective Action(s): Repair 3 compartment sink hot water tap, that hot water supply can be adjusted as needed.

Repair 1 compartment sink faucet leak. Ensure both hot and cold water supply is turned on for use of sink.
