- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer available in white buckets in the main kitchen at 100ppm bleach concentration. Store all wiping rags inside the sanitizer while not in use.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- Downstairs storage unit has one chest freezer.
