Observation: Observed some areas of the facility dirty and in need of improved cleaning and/or more frequent cleaning. They are as follows:
- Lettuce cooler by fry station. Door seal and connection points. Lots of food debris build up.
- Raw Patty freezer at grill. Inside compartment very dirty.
- End of conveyer at sandwich assembly. This should be cleaned daily. Move equipment obstructions necessary to clean.
**Floor behind washing machine and along that wall, including floor drain quite dirty in spots.
Corrective Action(s): Attend to the proper clean up of identified areas noted above. Make sure to discuss with staff the need to improve quality or frequency of general cleaning and that cleaning needs to happen "on the go" to make end of day cleaning easier.

handwash stations pretty good **replace paper towels at drive thru station as discussed.
dishwasher at 50 ppm chlorine and hydrogen peroxide in spray bottles at required concentration.

Water leak has returned to the back wall area of premises. Operator looking into source of leak and repair.
