Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front dairy fridge is maintaining foods at 9 degrees Celsius.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace unit so that foods are maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. Dairy was moved to another fridge.
Note: Temperature logs showed that fridge was reading high with no corrective action being carried out.
