Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection both bleach sanitizer spray bottles (for front and back) 0ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation a bleach sanitizer solution is available for use at all times. Prepare this solution daily and change throughout the day. Sanitize all food contact surfaces on a regular basis. This is as per your sanitation plan.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back food preparation area designated hand sink again obstructed from use with bin of corn starch. Tub of cooked rice placed on top of bin corn starch. Stainless steel bowl with unopened package of steel brushes observed inside the sink.
Corrective Action(s): This is a recurring issue. Ensure the back designated hand sink is clear of obtructions and available for use.

Observation: Observed the following:
- scoops and other dispensing utensils stored inside dry products.
- bin of flour observed stored under the 2 compartment sink.
- food products with no lids stored on the floor inside the walk in cooler.
- food products with no lids, covers, etc. inside the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected from contamination at all times.
- Store all scoops and other dispensing utensils outside of dry products and in a sanitary manner at all times.
- Do not store food products under sinks or on the floor.
- Cover all food products with lids, saran wrap etc.

Observation: Food debris and grease accumulations observed throughout the back kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize the back kitchen. Focus cleaning efforts in/around, in between, underneath and behind all cooking equipment. Exhaust canopy also requires servicing. Grease accumulations observed. Correct by September 10, 2019.

Observation: At the time of inspection no staff on duty able to provide FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent training.
Corrective Action(s): In the operator's absence at least one staff on duty must have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Send the main cook to take FOODSAFE level 1. Provide proof of registration for course by October 3, 2019.

Back hand sink after correction provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
After correct 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use.
