Both handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Refrigeration units (in the main food premises and stock room) were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer temperatures (in the main food premises and stock room) were satisfactory.
Hot-held food (e.g. beef patties, chicken patties, gravy etc.) were at or above 60 degrees C.
Time-tracking log for condiments at ambient temperature up to 2 hours maximum and up to 4 hours maximum was in place.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the sanitizer pails and third compartment sink.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water and equipped with sink plugs.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Ventilation hood panels were in a clean condition.
