- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder) and freezer maintaining product in frozen state

- No signs of pest activity noted. Floor is kept clear which facilitates cleaning and monitoring for pest activity.
- Manager present and has completed Foodsafe level 1. Certificate valid until January 2024.
