Observation: * There is deterioration on walls, hand sink cabinet, and walk-in cooler and other areas that requires upgrade/repainting, etc to maintain in proper working order and for cleanability, maintenance, etc
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all areas properly maintained and repaint and upgrade these deteriorated areas including walk-in cooler floor, etc

* Sanitizer solution was 200 ppm chlorine residual in buckets storing wiping rags
* Cold-holding unit (walk-in cooler) was 4'C/40'F or colder; pizza prep line cooler requires adjustment as it was above 4'C/40'F
* Freezer unit was -18'C or colder
* Hot-holding unit was 60'C/140'F or hotter for pizza
* Food was covered in storage overall with a couple food items uncovered which were discarded as not properly protected from contamination
* Hand washing station had liquid soap and paper towels
* Note: cleaning to be done through out facility
* Note: repainting and upgrades to be done as areas deteriorating particularly in back areas and walk-in cooler
* Follow up inspection to be done next week
