=Kitchen upright cooler (4C) and downstairs coolers (2C, 3C, and 3C) measured < 4 degrees C
=Kitchen chest freezer (-21C), and downstairs freezers (-20C, -20C, -19C and -20C) measured < -18 degrees C.
=High temperature dishwasher measured 80.7C at the dish surface (minimum 71C required inside and 82C required on the gauge)
