-Ice machine has been cleaned, head chef says that professional deep clean will be done soon -Walk in cooler has been fixed, temperature maintaining 4C and below -Chemical sanitizers has been sorted out. Staff now know which dispenser is QUAT and which dispenser is the new ECOLAB sink and surface cleaner sanitizer -Spray bottles are labelled to ensure chemicals are not mixed or wrong chemical used -All spray bottle and buckets tested meet their concentration requirements
