Dust build up noticed on the compressor of the sliding door cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Clean/service and repair both coolers so that they are capable of maintainign food items at 4 C or below at all times. ( By October 29, 2018)

Ensure to move all equipment and storage shelves for thorough cleaning of the floors.
* Defrost the small bar cooler to remove ice build up.
