Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection, no sanitizing solution was present for food contact services in the kitchen, as well as for the dining area; operator stated that sanitizing is done only at night. THIS MUST DISCONTINUE. Food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized regularly, in between tasks to prevent microbial growth which then could result in contamination of food and/or food contact surfaces
