- Temperature of Freezers were adequate.
- Hand sinks were stalked with liquid soap and paper towels.
- Dishwasher sanitizing temperature was 75 degrees at the plate.
- Bleach solution was available to sanitize food contact surfaces. High level bleach solution is being used to frequently wipe down high touch surfaces.
