Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mixture of lamb and beef gyro stored in the front under-counter cooler was not kept less than or equal to 4C. Internal temperature of food product was at 20C. Food item was discarded.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Build-up of mildew was noted on the interior panel of the ice machine. Discard the ice product have the unit properly washed and sanitized. Ensure all food contact surface of the ice machine is regularly cleaned and sanitized to protect food from contamination.

Observation: 1 cockroach noted in the front monitoring trap. No other cockroach activity noted in other area of the premises. Operator has an on-going contract with a pest control company. Ensure the necessary pest procedures are taken to ensure premises is free of pest.

Observation: Fornt undercounter cooler unit the grill unit is not in good working order. Ambient air temperature was at 20C. Stop using the cooler immediately and have the unit repaired. Unit is not to be used until it is capable of maintaining food items less than or equal to 4C and re-inspected by an environmental health officer.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Walk-in cooler unit at 4C and equipped with thermometer.
Internal temperature of foods kept in the holding units were at least 60C.
Food items covered and stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
Quats solution placed in food preparation area. Ensure all wiping rags are stored in the solution when they are not in use.
3 compartment sink method for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing was in use upon inspection.
Freezer unit in the back storage area was a -18C.
