*Follow-up inspection for issues listed in last report.
*Coolers have been repaired; unit across from grill line and vegetable storage cooler have been swapped. Air conditioning system in restaurant adjusted to lower temperature. All units measured at 4 C or colder during inspection. Potentially hazardous food can be safely stored in all front coolers. Note: ensure health unit is notified when coolers have been repaired in future.
*Hand sinks unobstructed at time of inspection. Paper towels available.
*Temperature logs are now being kept. Continue logging temperatures daily, as this will ensure any malfunctioning cooler units are caught in the shortest possible timeframe.
