Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw bean sprouts stored in cold water was placed on counter (9.8-10C). No customers at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Please add ice to cold water when leaving raw bean sprouts out during ordering service. Keep sprouts in cooler when not in use.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: 1) Blender for slicing carrots still has water and fruit flies inside, carrot debris still noted on the blender. Raw meats identified on three spots on the meat slicer. Repeat. 2) Dining tables are wiped down with wiping clothes after wrung under water as informed by servers. No sanitizer used.
Correction: 1) Ensure to thoroughly clean and sanitize all parts of food equipement as discussed. Further repeat of this infraction may result in enforcement action. 2) Obtain a small bucket with 100ppm bleach to use in the front or obtain a spray bottle (labelled) and fill with 100ppm bleach.
Comments

Cleaning maintained, grease trap emptied Jan 10, 2018.
Fruit flies improved but a few still noted in the back.
No droppings identified under sinks just same chewing mark in corner under sink of men/women's washroom.
Last service was Dec 21, 2018 and a crack was identified in wall from report.
Please consult technician and repair any gaps to prevent pest entry.
No cardboard lining noted at time of inspection.
No soups being stored at room temperature at time of inspection, only soup is on stove >75C.
Operator is using smaller containers to store stock now until new ice wand arrives. Ice wand ordered Jan 14, 2018.
Please use this immediately as discussed.
Bleach sanitizer in bucket is available in the front service area but measured at 50ppm.
Ensure to change the solution frequently so there is 100-200ppm bleach sanitizer available.
Domestic fridge light is fixed and thermometer is added to the cooler.
Blender appears to be properly washed but ensure to air dry on draining rack instead of placing blender back to machine, this will collect stagnant water and is improper drying.
