Upstairs:
- Cooler at 4 degrees C or less
- Freezer at -18 degrees C or less
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Wiping cloths stored in bleach water sanitizer prepared at 200 ppm chlorine
- Ice machine in clean condition. Scoop stored outside of ice machine.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 73 degrees C at utensil surface during final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C)

Downstairs:
- Cooler at 4 degrees C or less
- Freezers at -18 degrees C or less
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Wiping cloths stored in bleach water sanitizer prepared at 200 ppm chlorine

General:
- Food is stored safely and protected from contamination
- No evidence of pest activity noted
