Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer concentration in 3rd compartment of 3 comp sink, as well as in the red bucket for wiping cloths at the front, was at 50-100 ppm QUATS.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that sanitizer is changed every 2-4 hours, depending on how soiled the solution is. Use your test strips and test the solution regularly. It must be at 200 pm QUATS.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink in back area had large donut glaze machine item inside it, obstructing employee's ability to properly wash hands.
Corrective Action(s): Remove this item immediately. Keep handsinks free of any kitchen items/equipment, these are designated for handwashing only.
