Routine Inspection conducted:
- Hand washing sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- All freezer units at -18C or below
- Drink cooler at 4C
- No hot holding of food products at the time of inspection
- 3 compartment sink available with sink plugs for manual dishwashing
- Dry storage area is clean and organized
- No pest activity observed during the inspection. Ongoing pest control company contract, last visited in early Feb.
- Quats sanitizer dispenser at 200 ppm, spray bottle available for the front service area
- General sanitation is good
- Permit posted in visible location
- Foodsafe level 1 or equivalent trained staff on site

NOTES:
- Maintain temperature logs daily
- Ensure hot holding unit maintains 60C or below when in use
- Ensure records of pest control company visits are available on site for review
- If using cloth towels, ensure it is stored inside a sanitizing solution at all times
