3. Extra oil containers stored under 3-compartment sink area among containers of chemicals.

Observation: - Heavy accumulation of rodent droppings observed in the following areas:
* On top of grease trap under prep sink.
* Along edges and behind 3-compartment sink grease trap.
* Left back corner under shelving in walk-in cooler.
* Under cooking equipment.
* Serivce area counter under POS system.
* Under ice machine and soda storage area.
* Floor / wall edges throughout the premises.

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

---> Remove droppings and throughly clena all above noted area and all other surfaces and hard to reach areas.
---> Sanitize affected areas with 100-200 ppm bleach solution (1 tsp bleach + 1 L water)
- Follow all recommendation provided by your pest control service technician.
- Store all items at least 6" (15 cm) off the groung to facilitate pest control monitoring and cleaning.
- Ensure all gaps / holes are closed / blocked / sealed to prevent potential pest entry.
- keep kitchen back door closed at all times.

Note: Monthly pest control service provided by a pest control management company. Service report dated 15-June-2023 shows mice activity noted.
