- hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- No evidence of pests. Pest control in place
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degree Celsius. Danby fridge ambient air temperature at 6 degree Celsius monitor and ensure cooler maintains temperature at or below 4 degree Celsius.
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of 100 ppm Chlorine at the dish
- Ice machine and scoop in good sanitary condition
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm
