* No temperature logs are maintained for monitoring and recording equipment temperatures and dishwasher temperatures-Must be completed daily as per the food safety plan.
* The small black bar fridge registered 7.5 degrees C. Remove milk and other perishable foods from this cooler. Repair or replace the unit so that it maintains 4 C or below.

UV vector fly traps are in place. Flies appear to be under control.
