Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine residual after rinse cycle at plate level.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer bottle was empty, operator replaced sanitizer. Dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual. Ensure to use your test strips to check the concentration daily.

Routine inspection conducted:
Handsink in front sweets area and in kitchen equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-Walk in cooler: 3.9 deg C
-Prep cooler was initially at 9 deg C (operator had turned off the unit to clean) but by end of inspection, cooler had returned to less than 4 deg C. Foods inside at 4 deg C or less.
-Sliding Glass door cooler: 2.3 deg C
-Upright glass door freezer: -13 deg C
-Sweets display cooler at 3.1 deg C
-Hot holding unit for samosas at 69 deg C
General sanitation satisfactory
No pests at time of inspection
Owner was on site at time of inspection and is FoodSafe certified. FoodSafe certificate is posted on wall and expires in 2020.
